Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Nabrijan Partner Program allows approved affiliates to earn a 20% recurring commission on qualifying paid SaaS plan subscriptions (Starter, Business, Pro) referred via their unique tracking code or referral links.

2. Referral Attribution & Cookie Window

Referrals are tracked via server-side cookies with a 30-day attribution window under the Last Click Attribution Model. The customer must register and convert within 30 days of clicking your link.

3. Commission Calculation & Holding Period

• Starter Plan (৳499/mo): ৳99.80 commission
• Business Plan (৳999/mo): ৳199.80 commission
• Pro Plan (৳1,999/mo): ৳399.80 commission
• Holding Period: Commissions remain in pending status for 7 days before becoming available for payout.

4. Reversals & Refunds

If a merchant payment is refunded, cancelled, or rejected due to invalid transaction details, the corresponding commission is automatically reversed. Negative balances will be offset against future earnings.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Rules

• Self-Referrals Prohibited: Affiliates may NOT refer their own personal merchant stores. Self-referral commissions will be automatically blocked.
• No Misleading Ads / Spam: Unsolicited bulk emailing, spamming, or making false claims about Nabrijan is strictly prohibited.
• Brand Misuse: Bidding on trademarked terms ("Nabrijan", "Nabrijan SaaS") on search engines without prior permission is prohibited.

6. Payout Threshold & Schedule

Minimum payout request threshold is ৳500. Supported payout methods include bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer. Payouts are processed within 24-48 hours of review.
